SUMMARY:ConnectED Workshop - Practical Strategies for Inclusive Coaching - Melbourne
DESCRIPTION:This practical\, conversation-rich workshop supports coaches to build inclusive environments where every participant feels valued\, safe\, and able to thrive. The session explores what meaningful inclusion looks like across community sport. \nCoaches will engage with key focus areas including disability inclusion\, LGBTQIA+ inclusion\, women and girls’ participation\, First Nations cultural safety\, and multicultural inclusion. Through guided discussion\, shared experiences\, and practical strategies\, participants will build the confidence to adapt their coaching and respond to diverse participant needs. \nParticipants will leave with practical tools\, and immediately applicable strategies to strengthen engagement\, connection\, and participation across their programs.  \nDate: 27 May 2026\nTime: 12:00pm – 4:30pm\nLocation: RSEA Park – St Kilda Football Club\n  \nCost: $77 (subsidised by AEA) Includes Lunch and Afternoon Tea
