This workshop is a non-stop showcase of high-energy, movement-rich activities embedded with clear purpose, quality learning, and wellbeing outcomes. You’ll trial countless experiences across Active Play and Minor Games (AP), Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), and Challenge and Adventure Activities (CA) – all designed to build student competence, confidence, cooperation, and connection.

Throughout the session, you'll see how movement can be used not only to strengthen skill development but also to meaningfully support mental health and wellbeing, nurture positive relationships, and promote the health benefits of physical activity (HBPA).

You’ll explore how to scaffold games in ways that support progressive challenge, foster teamwork, encourage emotional regulation, and help students experience success in a variety of roles. All activities are mapped to the curriculum, giving you a ready-to-teach bank of ideas that hit the mark for learning, health, and engagement.
